Improve your time to publication by reducing the time needed to track down usable art. DigitalExpert™ is a powerful Sheridan preflight tool that quickly analyzes art and ad files upon submission.

Using DigitalExpert™, author-supplied digital art is pre-flighted and either immediately approved based on publisher specifications, or, if problems are detected, DigitalExpert™ generates detailed suggestions and guidelines for correcting “problem” art.

How does it work? Using a web-based link, you can submit up to 10 files at a time for checking. Files are uploaded and referenced against over 150 checkpoints. The system emails you a link to a report which details the integrity of your art, and how to correct problems, if they exist.
