Author Reprint Management System Start-Up Process:

• A Sheridan Representative helps the publisher establish gross sales prices for the author based on current market rates.
• Pricing Equation Example:

            (Base Reprint Price x Publisher’s Profit)
            + Service Fee
            + Incidentals
            = Author Gross Sale Price

• Sheridan develops order forms – no charge, maintenance or hosting fees.
• Ordering opportunity delivered to the author.
• All author questions are directed to a Sheridan Customer Service Representative.
• Orders arrive at Sheridan and are logged in until materials are available to print.
• Sheridan produces reprints according to the supplied specifications and ships the orders to the author.
• Sheridan either invoices the author for payment in 30 days, or collects money in advance based upon the publisher’s instructions.
• The print costs and service fees are deducted from program receipts, and profits are remitted to the publisher monthly along with a detailed reconciliation statement – customized reporting is also available.
