WebTrack ePrints
Utilize a simple Web Interface that allows you to monitor interaction with your content. And, using the Sheridan Alert System, you can alert your clients when their ePrint is about to expire.
This model features all of the standard security options listed above, metered through database control. Therefore, ePrints require Internet access each time the ePrint is opened. A sophisticated web-tracking interface is available with this model to give the publisher valuable information such as sales tallies per ePrint and usage history. All activity is displayed in real-time and specific usage parameters can be built in. Additionally, multiple alert mechanisms are available – such as expiration, reorder, and usage threshold alerts. Requires a certified plug-in to be installed on purchaser’s system.

Mobile ePrints
Take these ePrints with you anywhere – no Internet connection required for repetitive use. And, no plug-in is required on the purchaser’s system.
This model also features all of the standard security options listed above, Internet access for the first time they are opened. After the first “open” the file becomes self-metering and can be opened and viewed on the purchaser’s machine without Internet access. This option is great for portability, however, web-tracking is not available, and only limited expiration alerts are available.
